CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />MAY 12, 2011 <br />® CE-11-00774 1068 Osceola Trl <br />Parking utility trailers/recreational equipment, ULDR Section 3-10.9 <br />® CE-11-00812 2139 Kewannee Trl <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the City was asking for a Standing Order <br />on the above cases. <br />Ill1®TIN: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondent(s) in these cases were in violation of City Code as <br />charged and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code <br />Compliance Officer; that the violation are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the <br />same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as <br />a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Henson <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />REQUEST F®R RE®l1CT'I®N/WAIVER F LIEN <br />Boat(s)/trailer(s), ULDR Section 3-10.9 (2) <br />® CE-06-01169 164 S. Winter Park Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Morris Johnson, Mickey Hage Realty, 2308 E Robinson St, Orlando FL gave testimony. <br />IViotion: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien <br />will be reduced in this case from $9,150.00 to $500.00, to be paid within 60 days of the <br />commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reasons for this reduction <br />are the bank not having possession of the property and mitigating circumstances. Ms. Smith <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Private sewage disposal system/operation and maintenance, City Code Section 86-31~C)(3)(D) <br />® CE-11-00213 164 S. Winter Park Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Motion: Ms. Hale moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien <br />not be reduced in this case. Mr. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Private sewage disposal system/operation and maintenance, City Code Section 86-31 ~)(3)(D) <br />® CE-10-00406 164 S. Winter Park Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Motion: Mr. McKernan moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the <br />lien will be reduced in this case from $64,750.00 to $3,237.00, to be paid within 60 days of the <br />commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this reduction is <br />the Board wants to set up a situation where the City wins, the future property owner wins, and <br />Code Enforcement and the City gets reimbursed, as well as mitigating circumstances. Ms. Hale <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />
