Mr. McKernan seconded the motion. The reason for this reduction is: There is a <br />buyer ready to close on this property. Mr. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion did not pass <br />unanimously, Mr. Henderson voted ney. <br />®TIiER BUSINESS <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, advised the Code Enforcement Board there will be a class for Board <br />members and attorney's at the upcoming conference provided by the Florida Association of Code <br />Enforcement (FACE).
