He said <br />Oxford Road needs improvements south of State Road 436 and it may benefit the City or CRA to contribute funds to <br />improve a County road because it would benefit the old Seminole Plaza site. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the addition of propelties to the CRD boundaries. Mr. Martin continued <br />to review a draft copy of the CRA Plan for the Plan Objectives and Northern Sub-Area Projects and Programs, He <br />requested the Board provide input regarding the proposed changes to the CRA Plan. He said the Board will continue <br />to review and revise the CRA Plan as needed and once the document has been completed the Board will be asked <br />to formally approve the document. <br />A general discussion ensued to broaden the language for the "on demand" bus service that would <br />encompass other multi-modal connectors that are being evaluated at this time. It was decided that this would provide <br />more flexibility to CRA Plan. <br />The Board decided that Objective 8 should retain implementation of other programs including community <br />policing and code enforcement. Mr. Martin stated the Board would be conducting a full review of the CRD Design <br />Guidelines. <br />A general discussion ensued regarding the CRA's Special Events Program. It was decided to add <br />additional language to Section 4.1.2 to allow the CRA to provide master stormwater facilities in the CRD corridor and <br />sell stormwater credits to individual properties. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding Section 4.1.3 Urban Character. Mr. Martin said that he would revise <br />the language regarding the old Saturn dealership and the Casselberry Collection shopping center. In response to the <br />Board's question, Mr. Martin estimated it would take less than six months to complete the CRA Plan Update process, <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the details of the Oviedo CRA, the extension of the City of Casselberry <br />CRA, the earlier projects of the CRA and a CRA website.
