Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1353 - Annual Capital Improvement Schedule (LPA 11-01) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1353 to meet the requirement of the Growth Management Plan which requires the City to adopt an annual Capital Improvement Schedule is requested. C.
