N. Budget Amendment #11-028 - Recognition of Revenue for Purchase of Night Vision and Camera Equipment Consideration of Budget Amendment # 11-028 to recognize revenue in the amount of $1,000 from the Wal-Mart Foundation Community Grants Program to the Casselberry Police Department and appropriation offimds to purchase night vision and digital camera equipment is requested. R. Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Application Consideration to apply for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $12,808.00 is requested. 9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 11-1350 - Moratorium on Internet Cafes and Similar Uses (MISC 11-05) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1350 to impose a 180-day moratorium on issuance of City permits or approvals for various game rooms within the City limits is requested. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1353 - Annual Capital Improvement Schedule (LP A 11-01) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1353 to meet the requirement of the Growth Management Plan which requires the City to adopt an alUlUal Capital Improvement Schedule is requested. C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1354 - Transportation Mobility Study and Related Comprehensive Plan Amendments (LP A 11-06) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1354 to amend the City of CasselbelTY Comprehensive Plan to provide lat1guage to address the connection between the City's Future Land Use Element and Traffic Circulation Element, and to adopt the City's Mobility Study into the "Comprehensive Plan SuppOlting Document" by reference, is requested. D. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1355 - Future Land Use Map Amendments (LPA 11-05) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1355 to amend the Future Land Use Map by including annexed properties in the Sunshadow Drive area atld providing those properties with a designation similar to their cunent Seminole County future latld use designation is requested. E. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1356 - Amendment to the Official Zoning Map (ZB 11-02) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1356 to amend the zoning designation of five properties in the Sunshadow Drive area that were previously annexed into the City of Casselberry is requested.
