Presentation: Friends of Our Urban Forest Award for Lake Concord Park <br />Ms. Julie Yost of the Florida Urban Forestry Council presented the City of Casselberry with the 2010 Friends <br />of Our Urban Forest Award for Lake Concord Park. Mayor Glancy accepted the award on behalf of the City. <br />B. Presentation: Neighborhood Infrastructure Pro rg am Update <br />Ml•. Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director gave an update on the Neighborhood Irlfrastructtue Program, <br />including funding strategies and project updates related to a potential Once Cent Sales Tax renewal as well as <br />regional funding of bicycle/pedestrian components through Metroplan Orlando. <br />7. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decollun. The following individual came forward: <br />1) Ms. Kathy Saler~ro, 4820 East Michigan Street, Orlando, stated she was representing State <br />Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater and gave an overview of the CFO's goals for the coming <br />year. Ms. Salerno stated the CFO has a local office located in downtown Orlando and <br />encouraged the Commission to contact the office with any questions or concerns that fall <br />under the purview of Chief Financial Officer. <br />No one else came forward. <br />
