Resolution 11-2251 -Award of Bid/Agreement for Sausalito Shores Outfall Improvement <br />Project at Lalce Howell <br />Consideration of Resolution I 1-2251 approving an agreement between the City of Casselberty and Sitek Corporation in <br />the amount of $202,000.00 for the completion of the Sausalito Shores Outfall Improvement Project at Lake Howell is <br />requested. <br />C. Letter of Recommendation to Nominate Lake Concord Park for the Environmental <br />Stewardship Award <br />Consideration to execute a letter of recommendation to nominate Lake Concord Park for the Environmental Stewardship <br />Award category in the Florida Municipal Achievement Awards Program is requested. <br />D. State Contract Purchase of Defibrillator Equipment for Public Works Facilities and Related <br />Budget Amendment #11-025 <br />Consideration to purchase eight (8) defibrillators in the amount of $11,160.00 for installation within the Public Works <br />facilities/buildings and related Budget Amendment #11-025 is requested. <br />E. Cooperative Purchase of a Station Alerting System for Winter Park Fire Station No. 64 and <br />Related Budget Amendment #11-026 <br />Consideration for the cooperative purchase of a station alerting system from DCR Engineering Services, Inc. in the <br />amount of $11,318 for Winter Park Fire Station No. 64 and related Budget Amendment #11-026 is requested. <br />F. Budget Amendment #11-027 -Recognition of Revenue <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-027 to recognize revenue in the amount of $1,000.00 that the Fire-Rescue <br />Department has received from Wal-Mart is requested. <br />G. Designation of Labor Attorney <br />Consideration to designate Bill Katsafanas, Esq, as legal counsel for labor and employment law needs involving a current <br />PERC hearing and continue Jeffrey Mandel, Esq. with the law firm Fisher ~ Phillips as the City Labor Attorney for other <br />current and future labor and employment law needs is requested. <br />9. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens - 404 Wilshire Drive <br />Consideration to reduce two separate code enforcement liens on the property located at 404 Wilshire Drive for case <br />numbers CE-09-00639 (lien amount $15,560) and CE-10-02246 (lien amount $4,200) to reduce the liens from a total of <br />$19,760 to $1000 to be paid within 60 days is requested. <br />
