Proclamation: Proclaiming April 11-17, 2010 as Children's Week and April 4, 2010 as <br />Parents and Children's Day <br />A proclamation will be read proclaiming April 11-17 , 2010 as Children's Week and April 4, 2010 as Parents and <br />Children's Day in the City of Casselberry. <br /> <br />7.
