<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br /> <br />CITY COMMISSION <br /> <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and atto1'11ey-client session on <br />Monday, October 26, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City <br />Commission Chambers and the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, <br />95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br /> <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No.5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor/Commissioner - Seat No.4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner - Seat No.3 <br />Jon Miller, Commissioner - Seat No.2 <br />Susan Doerner, Commissioner - Seat No.1 <br /> <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> <br />Barbara Lipscomb, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Gardner, City Clerk (attended the special meeting only) <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselbeny City Commission to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney- <br />client session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing City of <br />Casselberry v. Garden World, Case No. 09-CA-4595-16-W and the U.S. Bankruptcy COUli, Middle <br />District of Florida, Adversary Proceeding case filed by FTrans, Case No. 8:09-ap-00690-CED. The <br />subject matter of attorney-client session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or strategy sessions <br />related to litigation expenditures. <br />
