<br />CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of April 13, 2009 - Workshop <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />Discussion: Discussion ensued regarding inoperable and unlicensed personal use vehicles, and staff was <br />directed to review Seminole County's code peltaining to inoperable vehicles. Discussion also ensued on <br />whether or not to require a landscape buffer and concerns about the economic impacts to citizens by having <br />such a requirement; however a consensus was not reached on this matter. <br /> <br />Consensus was reached on the following additional changes: <br /> <br />II Designated parking area alignment - To allow perpendicular as well as parallel to the driveway. <br /> <br />II Front yard coverage - A limit of pervious area in the front yard was desired. <br /> <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Miller moved to adjourn the worliShop. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Hufford.
