8. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for August 2010 in the amount of $10,307.25; Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for July 2010 in the amount of $6,116.00; and Shepard, Smith & Cassady, P,A., Hearing Officer Services for Red Light Camera Appeals for August 2010 in the amount of $90.00 is requested. B. Budget Amendment #10-041 -Recognition of Revenue from the Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Fund Consideration of Budget Amendment #10-041 to recognize revenue in the amount of $4,800 from the Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Fund is requested. C. Resolution 10-2167 -Agreement for Police Dispatching Services Between the City of Casselberry and the Seminole County Sheriff s Office Consideration of Resolution 10-2167 approving an Agreement for Police Dispatching Services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of Casselberry is requested. r~. Budget Amendment #10-042 -Budget Adjustments for Fiscal Year 2010 Consideration to approve Budget Amendment # 10-042 to correct and re-establish budgets for on-going projects carried over fi•om Fiscal Year 2009 into FY 2010 is requested. E. Ratification of Appointment for Interim Public Works Director Consideration to ratify the City Manager's appointment of Mark Gisclar as Interim Public Works Director is requested. 9.
