Suggested the City Commission consider Implementing such a code. The City Manager reported she has requested staff to research the matter fiutlter, noting that it vas her uttderstaudiltg that it had been previously considered a few years back by the City Commission but it Evas not intpleme~tted at tltaf time due to public opposition at that time, Mayor Chat•Iene Glancy-- Seat No. S: ~ Stated she vas supportive of giving recognition to Mt•. James Icing, as suggested by Commissioner Miller. The City Clerk stated she would contact the City of Winter Springs to obtain contact information for Mr. King. ® Reported she attended the Arbor Day event on Apri117"`. Noted she was unable to atteltd the car show event held at Lake Concord Pack on April 24`x' and thanked the City Commissioners wlto were able to attend the event. ® Voiced concerns regaeding a possible licensing issue with the manual car ~vaslt operation at the Chevron gas station at the corner of Button Roacl and U.S. l-Iighway 17-92, noting she vas infol•aned that it is someolte other than the gas station owner that is operating the car wash opet•ation. Discussion ensued regarding the previous code eltforcemettt action and case that occurred far the car wash operation in 2009. The City Manager stated site research the matter and report back to the City Caltunission. 18.
