<br />A. Presentation - Frlends of Our Urban Forest Award for Lake Concord Park
<br />A representative from the Florida Urban Forestry Council will present the 2010 Friends of Our Urban Forest Award for
<br />Outstanding Project for Lake Concord Park and provide a brief presentation on their agency.
<br />
<br />B. Presentation - Ncighborhood Infrastructure Program Update
<br />Dr. Kelly Brock, Assistant Public \Vorks Director/City Engineer, will present an update on the Neighborhood
<br />Infrastmcture Program, including funding strategies and project updates related to a potential One Cent Sales Tax renewal
<br />as well as regional funding of bicycle/pedestrian components through :wretroplan Orlando.

<br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS
<br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please
<br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak
<br />briefly on the matter. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Conunission as a whole, not an individual City
<br />Commissioner, a City staff member or another member of the audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS
<br />or at any time any agenda item is before the City Commission for consideration by following the same procedure described
<br />above.

<br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda, Unless the item is removed from the Consent
<br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion 011 individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all
<br />items.

<br />Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Brown, Gargallese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for
<br />Febmary 2011 in the amount of$13,167.04, and City Attomey Services for Casselberry 17-92"LLC - Real Estate
<br />Transaction in the amount of$1,320.00, is requested.
