Resolution 11-2234 -Acceptance of Recreational Trail Easement from Progress Energy <br />Florida, Ittc. for Wirz Trail Section 1 <br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2234 to approve and accept a Recreational Trail Easement from Progress Energy Florida, <br />Inc. for construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 is requested. <br />F. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1346 -Seminola Boulevard Annexation <br />Referendum <br />Consideration of Ordinance 11-1346 a public hearing for the anne~:ation by a mail ballot referendum of seventeen (17) <br />Seminola Boulevard area parcels comprised of approximately 23 acres of land, into the City of Casselberty is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1347 -Amendment to the Official Zoning <br />Map for Property Located at 1060 Seminola Boulevard (ZB 11-O1) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 11-1347 to amend the zoning designation of a portion of the property located at 1060 <br />Seminola Boulevard from OR (Office Residential) to CG (Commercial General) is requested. <br />10.
