B. Resolution 11-2215 - Agreement with Helping Hands Lawn Care, Inc. for Grounds Maintenance Services Consideration of Resolution 11-2215 approving an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Helping Hands Lawn Care Inc. in the annual amount of $174,400.00 to provide grounds maintenance services throughout the City at designated sites is requested. C. Resolution 11-2216 -Purchase and Sale Contract with James A. & Elizabeth Thompson for a Portion of Parce110-21-30-501-0000-35B0 Consideration of Resolution 11-2216 approving a Contract between the City of Casselberry and James A. Thompson and Elizabeth Thompson for purchase and sale of a portion of Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35B0 is requested. D. Resolution 11-2217 -Construction Funding Loan Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Related Budget Amendment #11-016 Consideration of Resolution 11-2217 approving a loan agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for additional American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is requested. Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-016 is also requested. E. Resolution 11-2218 -Conservation Easement to St. Johns River Water Management District for Wirz Trail Section 1 Consideration of Resolution I 1-2218 approving a conservation easement to the St. Johns River Water Management District for construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 is requested. F. Resolution 11-2219 - Grant of Easement, Temporary Construction Easement and Memorandum of Understanding with Metro Life Church of Greater Orlando Inc. for Construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 Consideration of Resolution 11-2219 approving a Grant of Easement, Temporary Construction Easement and Memorandum of Understanding documents with Metro Life Church of Greater Orlando, Inc. for the construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 is requested. G. Resolution 11-2220 -Seminole County Boating Improvement Grant Funds for Casselberry Blueway and Associated Budget Amendment #11-014 Consideration of Resolution 11-2220 approving an agreement to accept funding in the amount of $6,595.00 from the Seminole County Boating Improvement Grant program for improvements to the Casselberry Blueway is requested. Consideration of associated Budget Amendment # 11-014 is also requested. H. Resolution 11-2221 -Change Order No. 2 to the Contractual Agreement with Killebrew, Inc. for Construction of the Casselberry Water Quality Improvement Projects Consideration of Resolution 11-2221 approving Change Order No. 2 with Killebrew, Inc. in the amount of $2,726,923 to construct additional water quality improvements in accordance with the construction funding agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the City of Casselberry is requested. I. Resolution 11-2222 -Letter of Intent for Grant of Easement from Progress Energy Florida for Wirz Trail -Section 1 Consideration of Resolution 11-2222 to accept a Letter of Intent from Progress Energy Florida for a Grant of Easement for construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 is requested. J. Resolution 11-2223 -Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the Construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 Consideration of Resolution 11-2223 approving a Local Agency Program Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation for financial reimbursement to the City in the amount of $1,312,015 for the Wirz Trail Section 1 construction project is requested. 9.
