D. Resolution 10-2201- Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Wilbur Smith Associates for <br />Construction Engineering Inspection Services Relating to the North Winter Park Drive - <br />Phase II Project <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2201 provides for City Commission approval of an agreement with Wilbur Smith <br />Associates for providing Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for the North Winter Park Drive -Phase II <br />Project is requested. <br />E. Resolution 10-2203 -Designating November 2010 as "Be a Hero Month" <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2203 designating November 2010 as "Be a Hero Month" promoting blood donations in <br />the Casselberry community is requested. <br />F. Budget Amendment #11-005 -Donation to Kids House of Seminole County <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-005 for a donation of $1,000 to Kids I-louse of Seminole County is requested. <br />G. Budget Amendment #11-008 -Purchase of Crime Prevention Material <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-008 for the purchase crime pt•evention material in the amount of $1,878 is <br />requested. <br />H. Parks & Recreation Director <br />Elimination of the Parks ~ Recreation Director position and termination of the Parks & Recreation Director is requested. <br />I. Appointment of Public Worlcs Director <br />Consideration to ratify the appointment of Mark Gisclar as Public Works Director is requested, <br />9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1340 - AmencLnent to the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations -Right-of--way Costume and Human Signs (LPA 10-13) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 10-1340 to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR's) to specify the types <br />of signs located in the right-of--ways that are prohibited is requested. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES -None <br />11. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 10-2198 -Memorandum of Understanding with LYNX and Altamonte Springs <br />Regarding Flex Bus Transit Services <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2198 approving a Memorandum of Understanding between LI'NX, the City of Altamonte <br />Springs, and the City of Casselberry regarding the Plex Bus Transit Services project is requested. <br />B. Resolution 10-2199 -Pain Management Clinics Moratorium . <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2199 approving a moratorium on the establishment of pain management clinics, <br />pharmacies and family medical clinics in the City while a more specific moratorium ordinance is developed and reviewed <br />through the normal ordinance process is requested. <br />
