Call to Order ~ti•itll I'ledgc of Allegiance The May l5, 2007 Meeting of the Police Officers= and Firefighters= Pension Board tivas called to order with the Pledge of Allegiatlce by the Chairman at 10:05 a.nl. in the City Hall Commission C~inbers. The Agenda ]lad been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members by the City Clerk of the City of Casselberry, Members present were introduced. 2. Approval of Milrutes -February 13, 2007 MOTION: Moved by Cliicf Joliln Pavlis to approve #lic lnnrutes of Februat•y 13, 2007 as presented. Motion ~~•as seconded by Mr. David Gonzalez and carried unanimously on a 3 - 0 vatc. 3. Selection of Vice CI><ail•Inall -Vice Cllail•Illan Franlx Scllutte Resigned Apri116, 2007 Scott Christiansen, Pension Board Attorney,stated that the Operating Rules and Pl~oceduees of the Board states that the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretaryshall be elected every ttivo years. The last time officers were elected was June of 2005. Roselection of all officers will be scheduled forge August I4, 2007 Meeting of the Board of Trustees.
