Call to Order with Pletlge_o_f_Allegiance <br />The February 17, 2009 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefiglrters' Pension Board was <br />called to order with the Pledge of Allegiance by the Chairman at 10:01 a•m, in the City Hall <br />Commission Chambers. The Agenda had been duly posted and circulated to the Board Members <br />by the Records Management Liaison Officer for the Board. <br />2. Introduction of Mernlfers acid Guests <br />The Pension Board Members, Staff and guests were introduced. <br />3. Seating of New Members of tl>e Board of Trustees <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, at their meeting of January 26, 2009 <br />reappointed Datriel Glancy for a ne~v term and appointed Harold Stewart for his first term to the <br />Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board of Trustees,, A copy of the oath of office <br />statements are attached to and made a part of these minutes. Per Scott Christiansen, send forts 1- <br />F to Mr. Gonzalez. <br />4. Reselection of an Officer Positions Necessitated b actions orr A ends Items 3 4 and 5 <br />No reselection of officers was requited. <br />5. Annroval of Minutes - NovernUer 18, 2008 <br />1VIOTION: Moved by Sgt. William Nas to appt•ove the minutes of the November 18, 2008 <br />motion as presented. Motion vas seconded by William Jensen and caeried <br />unanimously on a 5- 0 voice vote. <br />
