Motion was seconded by <br />Chief Don Harl~ins and foiled on a 2 - 1 vote. Sgt• William Nas dissenting. <br />(3 Vote Majori#y of the Board Required for Passage) <br />Sgt Nas stated that he voted in opposition to the ordinance as presented and requested the Board consider <br />the deletion of 62-2019(1)(A) and (B). <br />MOTION: Moved by Chief John Pavlis to approve the proposed Ordinance for <br />submission to the Ci#y Commission with the deletion of 62-201.9 lA and 1B. <br />Motion vas seconded by Sgt. William Nas and carried on a 3 - 0 vote. <br />Mr, Christiansen will revise the proposed ordinance for submission to the City Commission, <br />6. Approval of l~xpenditure Report <br />In a memorandum dated November 20, 2006, from Jeffrey Dreier, City Fir>ance Director, the following <br />expenditures were submitted for approval; <br />a) Bogdahn Consultants -October 1, 2006 - $2,000.00 <br />b) Christiansen & Dehner <br />• Apr•i] 30, 2006 ~ $50.00 <br />• .luly 3 ] , 2006 - $1,627,48 <br />• August 31, 2006 - $817.49 <br />• September 30, 2006 - $425.00 <br />MOTION: Moved by Sgt, William Nas to approve the Expenditure Report dated <br />November 20, 2006, as presented. Motion was seconded by Chief Jalu~ Pavlis <br />and carried on a 3 - 0 vote. <br />
