MOT)<ON: Moved by Chief Jolu~ Pavlis to approve the proposed Ordinance for submission to the City Commission as presented. Motion was seconded by Chief Don Harl~ins and foiled on a 2 - 1 vote. Sgt• William Nas dissenting. (3 Vote Majori#y of the Board Required for Passage) Sgt Nas stated that he voted in opposition to the ordinance as presented and requested the Board consider the deletion of 62-2019(1)(A) and (B). MOTION: Moved by Chief John Pavlis to approve the proposed Ordinance for submission to the Ci#y Commission with the deletion of 62-201.9 lA and 1B. Motion vas seconded by Sgt. William Nas and carried on a 3 - 0 vote. Mr, Christiansen will revise the proposed ordinance for submission to the City Commission, 6. Approval of l~xpenditure Report In a memorandum dated November 20, 2006, from Jeffrey Dreier, City Fir>ance Director, the following expenditures were submitted for approval; a) Bogdahn Consultants -October 1, 2006 - $2,000.00 b) Christiansen & Dehner • Apr•i] 30, 2006 ~ $50.00 • .luly 3 ] , 2006 - $1,627,48 • August 31, 2006 - $817.49 • September 30, 2006 - $425.00 MOTION: Moved by Sgt, William Nas to approve the Expenditure Report dated November 20, 2006, as presented. Motion was seconded by Chief Jalu~ Pavlis and carried on a 3 - 0 vote.
