Motion was seconded by Chief Joluy Pavlis and carried on a <br />4 - 0 vote. <br />Addendum to Investment Policy Statement <br />MOTION: Moved by Mr. Frank Scliutte to approve the Addendum to the Ynvestment <br />Policy Statement as recommended by Bogdahn Consulting aKid authorize the <br />Chairman to execute the Acldend~im on behalf of the Board, Motion was <br />seconded by Sgt. William Nas and carried on a 4 - 0 vote. <br />A copy of the Addendum as presented is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />4. Approval of Actuarial Report -Foster & Foster <br />As of October 1, 2004 <br />Mr. Patrick Dotzloti, representing Foster & Foster, presented the Actuarial Valuation Report for Fiscal Year <br />Ended September 30, 2005, revised retroactive to October 1, 200x. This revised actuarial contributions <br />were restated November 30, 2006 for contributions applicable to the Plan due to certain Plan Members <br />receiving a substantial amount ofhuz•-•icane-related overtime during this period, Tlfe costs and liabilities <br />associated with not removiizg hu~~ricane-related overtime remains for each Member's pay, with the <br />exception of those members not in the five-year averaging period, per Charles Slavin, Florida State <br />Retirement. <br />MOTION: Moved by Sgt. William Nas to approve the Actuarial Report as of October 1, <br />2404, Restated November 30, 2006, as p~•esented. Motion was seconded by <br />Chief John Pavlis and carried on a 4 - 0 vote. <br />A copy of the Actuarial Report as of October 1, 2004 and restated November 30, 2006 is available for <br />inspection vvith the City Clerk of the City of Casselbez•zy. <br />4. Approval of Actuarial Report -Foster & Foster <br />As of October 1, 2006 <br />Mr, Donlon presented tlfe Actuarial Valuatia~i Report for Fiscal Year E-zded Septembez• 30, 2007, as of <br />October 1, 2006. <br />MOTION; Movecl by Sgt. William Nas to approve aiul accept the Actuarial Report, as of <br />October 2006, as presented. Motion was seconded by Me•. Frank Sclu~tte and <br />carried on a 4 - 0 vote. <br />A copy of the Actuarial Variation Report as of October 1, 2006 is available inspection with the Clerk of the <br />City of Casselbez•ry. <br />
