D. Resolution 10-2184 -Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Stormwater Services with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for Design and Post Design Services for Osceola Trail Baffle Boxes Consideration of Resolution 10-2184 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Engineering Services with Camp Dresser & McKee, Ina (CDM) for design, permitting, and post design services for two baffle boxes located on Osceola Trail in an amount not to exceed $59,680 is requested. Resolution 10-2185 -Interlocal Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the City of Maitland for an Emergency Potable Water Interconnection System Consideration of Resolution 10-2185 approving an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the City of Maitland for the construction of an emergency potable water interconnection system is requested. Resolution 10-2186 -Release & Settlement Agreement with Commercial Insurance Alliance (Garden World Lawsuit) Consideration of Resolution 10-2186 approving a Release and Settlement Agreement with Commercial Insurance Alliance, wherein the City accepts $15,000 as payment of the bid bond due in connection with the Garden World lawsuit, is requested. G. Resolution 10-2187 -Loan Application for Second Round Funding from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Consideration of Resolution 10-2187 provides for consideration of a loan application with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for additional American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds for construction of water quality improvement projects to improve the City's potable water distribution system is requested. H. Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant FY10/11 -Building Security System and Related Budget Amendment #11-001 Consideration to accept the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant proceeds in the amount of $14,513 for the purchase of security monitoring system for the police building and related Budget Amendment #11-001 is requested. I. Special Event Permit Application from Casselberry Rotary Club Consideration of a permit application submitted by Casselberry Rotary Club to allow for the sale of alcoholic beverages on October 23, 2010 at Lake Concord Park during the Art, Jazz & Golf Weekend event is requested. J. Sole Source Purchase of Stryker Power-PRO Ambulance Cots Consideration for the sole source purchase of three (3) Stryker Model 6500 Power-PRO Ambulance Cots in the amount of $32,998.55 is requested. 9. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1339 -Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map ((LPA 10-11) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1339 on first reading to amend the future land use designation of five (5) properties located on the northeast corner of Anchor Road and Lotus Lake Drive to Low Density Residential is requested. 10.
