9. PUBLIC BEARINGS The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st -Staff; 2nd - Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd -Public; 4th -Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final -City Commission motion, discussion and action.) A. Public Hearing: Resolution 10-2179 -Adopted Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 Consideration of Resolution 10-2179 adopting the millage rate for the fiscal Year 2010-2011 at 5.450 mills is requested. B. Public Hearing: Resolution 10-2150 -Adopted Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 Consideration of Resolution 10-2180 adopting the Final Operating Budget in the amount of $40,492,507 for the Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 is requested. 10. Board Appointment -Community Redevelopment Agency An application for appointment to the Community Redevelopment Agency Board is presented for• consideration. B. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens -150 Golden Days Drive Consideration to reduce three separate code enforcement liens by 50% each on property located at 150 Golden Days Drive for case numbers CE-09-01322 (lien amount $7,000), CE-09-02296 (lien amount $285) and CE-09-03542 (lien amount $800), each to be paid within 60 days, is requested. C. Appeal of Planning and Zoning Commission Decision - SPR 10-07: 95 Concord Drive, Tree Remediation Appeal Consideration of an appeal to a decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny a waiver request from the remedial requirements of Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) Section 3-14.15 for removal of several trees without a permit at 95 Concord Drive is requested. D. Budget Amendment #10-050 -Capital Outlay Purchase of New Shed for Wirz Parlc Consideration of Budget Amendment # 10-050 to recognize revenue in the amount of $7,510 for a Capital Outlay purchase of a new storage shed for Wirz Park is requested.
