9. PUBLIC BEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be <br />a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st -Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd -Public; 4th -Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final -City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: Resolution 10-2179 -Adopted Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2179 adopting the millage rate for the fiscal Year 2010-2011 at 5.450 mills is requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: Resolution 10-2150 -Adopted Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2010 - 2011 <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2180 adopting the Final Operating Budget in the amount of $40,492,507 for the Fiscal <br />Year 2010 - 2011 is requested. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />None. <br />11. RESOLUTIONS <br />None. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Board Appointment -Community Redevelopment Agency <br />An application for appointment to the Community Redevelopment Agency Board is presented for• consideration. <br />B. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens -150 Golden Days Drive <br />Consideration to reduce three separate code enforcement liens by 50% each on property located at 150 Golden Days Drive <br />for case numbers CE-09-01322 (lien amount $7,000), CE-09-02296 (lien amount $285) and CE-09-03542 (lien amount <br />$800), each to be paid within 60 days, is requested. <br />C. Appeal of Planning and Zoning Commission Decision - SPR 10-07: 95 Concord Drive, Tree <br />Remediation Appeal <br />Consideration of an appeal to a decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny a waiver request from the <br />remedial requirements of Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) Section 3-14.15 for removal of several trees <br />without a permit at 95 Concord Drive is requested. <br />D. Budget Amendment #10-050 -Capital Outlay Purchase of New Shed for Wirz Parlc <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 10-050 to recognize revenue in the amount of $7,510 for a Capital Outlay purchase <br />of a new storage shed for Wirz Park is requested. <br />E. Proposed Sculpture Center <br />Maria Simmons, Recreation Manager Recreation Manager, will present an overview of the proposed Sculpture Center. <br />13. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />A.
