No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address SPR 10-07. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to continue SPR 10- <br />07 based on the staff report dated July 23, 2010 from Mr. Raasch to the Planning and Zoning Commission as <br />presented. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion, Mr. Aramendia amended his motion to continue this item to the August <br />11, 2010 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Ms. Smith requested that the Commission retain the staff report for SPR 10-07 and the tree replacement <br />requirement information that was included in the meeting packet. <br />Sixth Item of Business: SPR 10-12: Wilshire Mini Office Complex. Request to extend site plan approval for <br />one year. <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed staff memo dated July 28, 2010 (a copy is on file in the <br />Community Development Department). Ms. Smith stated that staff is supporting the request; however, staff requests <br />that the conditions of approval for the previous site plan go forward with the extension request. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve SPR 10-12 site plan extension for SPR 08-08 based on the staff <br />memo dated July 28, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented, Mr. Bakalla <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of business: Other Business. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding emailing the meeting packets to the Commission members and it was <br />decided that the Commission would discuss this item when there is a full board in attendance. A general discussion <br />ensued regarding code enforcement issues in the City, the City's registration of foreclosed properties and upkeep of <br />properties, Ms. Smith requested that the Planning and Zoning Commission contact the Code Enforcement Division <br />regarding any code enforcement issues. <br />
