B. Resolution 10-2154 -Agreement with Seminole County Sheriff s Office for Legal Services for Forfeiture Actions Consideration of Resolution 10-2154 approving an agreement with the Seminole County Sheriff s Office to provide legal services for forfeiture proceedings is requested. C. Resolution 10-2158 - Amended Local Agency Program Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the North Winter Parlc Drive, Phase II Project and Related Budget Amendment #10-047 Consideration of Resolution 10-2158 approving an amended Local Agency Program Agreement between the City of Casselberry and the Florida Department of Transportation providing for financial compensation to the City in the amount of $2,582,100 with a City match of $286,900 for construction of the infrastructure improvements associated with the proposed North Winter Park Drive, Phase II Project is requested. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1326 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment for Property Located near Cypress Way Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1326 amending the future land use map for property located near Cypress Way (a portion of PIN 07-21-30-514-0000-0070), changing the designation from Medium Density Residential to Public Service is requested. B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1333 -Amendments to City Code Chapter 86, Utilities, Article VI, Water Conservation and Landscaping Irrigation Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1333 amending Chapter 86, Article VI regarding water conservation and landscaping irrigation is requested. (This item was originally presented for first reading as Ordinance 10-1334 but the number has been changed.) C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1335 -Future Land Use Map Amendments for Properties with an Office-Residential Designation Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1335 amending the Future Land Use map by changing the designation of fifteen properties within the City totaling 5.95 acres from "Office Residential" to "Commercial" is requested. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1336 -Amendment to Unified Land Development Regulations Providing an Exception to Future Land Use Designation Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1336 amending Table 2-5.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations to provide an exception for properties that currently have an "Office Residential" future land use designation that will be amended to "Commercial" upon the adoption of Ordinance 10-1335 is requested. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1337 -Annexation of Anchor Road Area Parcels Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1337 to annex Anchor Road area parcels north of Lotus Lake Drive (Parcel ID 07-21-30-515-0000-003D, Parcel ID 07-21-30-515-0000-003B, Parcel ID 07-21-30-515-0000-003C, Parcel ID 07-21- 30-515-0000-0030 and Parcel ID 07-21-30-515-0000-003A) into the City of Casselberry is requested. 10.
