Moreover, the commercial utilities fees of all cities were in the same price range. In regards to the business tax schedule, the city of Casselberry charges a flat local business tax fee in the areas of construction that is higher than the city of Apopka and the city of Maintland, but lower than the city of Altamonte Springs. In the areas of manufacturing, the cities of Casselberry and Apopka charge their fees depending on the number of employees, while the city o~ Maintland and Altamonte Springs charge a Local flat fee per business, The fees charged by the City of Casselberry axe slightly higher when compared to the other cities. All of the cities charge a flat local business tax fee in the areas of transportation, communications, electric, gas, and sanitary services. The city of Altamonte Springs has higher flat fees than all other compared cities, In the areas of retail and wholesale, the cities of Altamonte Springs and Maintland charge a flat fee while the city of Casselberry and city of Apopka charge a local business tax fee depending on the number of employees and amount of sales.
