Within this Scope of Supply we are <br />offering Smith and Loveless wet well mount pump station and installation / <br />modification services. <br />Please note Smith& Loveless requires a separate PO direct to the Factory. <br />Installation services <br />LS #67 per the following scope: <br />Set up and maintain a bypass system. <br />Remove and dispose of the manhole ring & cover and manhole top slab. <br />Form and pour a riser section to the manhole to bring to grade with an attached <br />equipment pad for the pump skid. <br />Install the pump skid supplied by Sanders <br />Install two 4" HDPE suction pipes. <br />Install one 4" HDPE discharge pipe. <br />Core drill and install flexible boot connector for the discharge pipe. <br />Install 6" 6" C900 PVC forcemain for from discharge pipe to the existing forcemain <br />Excavate and remove the existing can to 36" below grade. <br />Fill the existing can to grade. <br />Replace sod in disturbed areas. <br />NOTE: <br />All electrical modifications by Sanders Company. <br />It is the assumption that the existing valve on the force main is in good working <br />order and able to stop the back flow while station is bypassed. <br />ADD-ON for line stop to install new valve• $4 575 00 <br />_ADD-ON for installation of new 6" MJ uate valve• $1 721 00 <br />Tree, shrub, and landscaping removal if required is by others. <br />NOTE Installation will be completed within 30 days of receipt of WWMPS <br />from Smith & Loveless. <br />Modifications Services <br />Modify existing control panel to interface with wet well mount control panel. Run <br />conduit from existing control panel to wet well mount control panel and terminate <br />wiring. <br />Test proper operation thru Dataflow controller. <br />Wet Well Mount Pumo Station <br />1 Smith & Loveless pump station rated for 200-gpm @67'tdh <br />Motors to be 10-hp 230V 3-phase <br />Please see attached information sheets <br />No other eyuipmentand/or services are included other than those specifically stated un this Scope of Supply. This offer is <br />made on the'I'GRMS OF SALE AS FOLLOWS: Net ThirTy (30) days from and invoice or atstart-up whichever occurs first <br />based on initial and continuing credit approval of Sanders Company, Inc.
