SECTION 3 That Section 14-53, Open air food sales; performance criteria, of Chapter XIV, Amusements, of Part II, Code of Ordinances, of the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be amended as follows: Sec. 14-53. No open air food sales shall be permitted in any public right-of-way and vehicular access must be provided so that traffic on adjacent public roads is not impeded. ~) (e) All open air food sales shall receive inspection by the appropriate regulatory agencies, including but not limited to, the Department of Agriculture, Department of Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, County Health Department, or City Code Compliance Officer. Evidence of such inspection shall be immediately made available for City inspection upon request; otherwise, the open air food sale event shall be immediately terminated. SECTION 4: CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word.
