Nole Smith made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case# 09-04124, 10-00202, and 10-00421 have complied with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 04/13/2010 by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. A fine of $300.00 should be imposed for 12 days of violation. David Henson made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case #09-03981 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 04/13/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied on 05/04/2010 and therefore, a fine in the amount of $300.00 is hereby imposed. Nole Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
