CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING APRIL 08, 2010, page 5 CE-09-04124 1319 quintuplet Dr Business tax receipt 26.33 ay/owne~° Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case for not renewing their Business Tax Receipt. Paul L. McKernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #09-04124 in violation of City Code, Section 26.33, and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 04/22/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 05/13/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
