Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to include those annexed properties of <br />approximately 94.2 acres to provide the Medium Density Residential future land use <br />designation. MDR MDR <br />This amendment to the Future Land Use Map is provided within Map F that is attached <br />herein as "Exhibit F" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 5. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or <br />her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map Amendments to the <br />Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3187 (1)(c)(4), Florida <br />Statutes, and Section 9J-11 Florida Administrative Code. <br />SECTION 6. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application <br />hereof, to the maximum extent allowed by law. <br />SECTION 8. EFFECTIVE DATE. The effective date of this plan amendment shall be <br />the date a final order is issued by the Department of Community Affairs or Administration <br />Commission finding the amendment in compliance in accordance with Section 163.3184, Florida <br />Ordinance 10-1325 <br />Future Land Use Map corrections <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
