SECTION 4. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map Amendments to the Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3187 (1)(c)(4), Florida Statutes, and Section 9J-11 Florida Administrative Code. SECTION 5. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 6. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent Ordinance 10-1324 SR 436 Corridor FLUM Amendments Page 6 of 7
