A copy of the amendments to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein as Exhibits "A - E" for Maps "A - E" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida <br />Statutes. <br />SECTI®N 4. That portion of the Future Land Use Element policy referenced to as FLU <br />1.22, Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use, is hereby amended as follows: <br />Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use. The Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use category is intended to <br />provide opportunities for mid to high density/intensity mixed use development along major <br />transportation corridors within the City, Properties designated Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use shall <br />provide a mix of commercial, office, residential, and/or hotel. The properties shall provide at least <br />two of the listed uses and are encouraged to include residential. The maximum non-residential FAR <br />shall be 1.5 and the maximum density for residential shall be 30 dwelling units per acre.
