Regarding water supply concurrency, the City shall issue no development orders or <br />budding permits without first consulting with the City Utilities to determine whether <br />adequate water supplies to serve the development wid be available no later than the <br />anticipated date of issuance by the City of a certificate of occupancy or its functional <br />equivalent, The City will also ensure that adequate water supplies and facilities are <br />available and in place prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy or its functional <br />equivalent, <br />Projects undergoing development or with development approvals or orders prior to <br />February 17,1992 shall be exempt from concurrency determination, <br />A[I ocher developers wishing to be vested or to establish the status of "Vested" within the <br />City of Casselberry were required tc appEy far concurrency exemption by October 1, <br />1992. No additional provision for vesting is available. <br />AI[ developments not determined exempt or chat have allowed the vested status to expire <br />must undergo concurrency determination. All relevant concurrency review fees must be <br />paid. Any capacity that was reserved prior to the adoption of the City's concurrency <br />Management System CMS) has been returned to the general available capacity status, <br />and the priority of the project placed below aN post-CMS projects, which have already <br />reserved capacity.
