Encroachment due to non-residential uses and incompatible <br />medium or high density residential development shall be discouraged into areas of fhe <br />City of Casselberry which are predominately Low Density Residential as seen an the <br />Future Land Use Map. ' <br />Policy FLU ~ 1.2 Cut~through Traffic Access, Cut-through Traffic through residential neighborhoods on <br />roads not designated as collector or through streets shall be discouraged, Site design <br />and traffic calming devices shall be utilized to protect the residential neighborhood <br />integrity, <br />Policy Fh.U 91,3 Performance Standards.
