The Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use category is <br />intended to provide opportunities for mid to high density/intensity mixed use <br />development along maJor transportation corridors within the City. Properties <br />designated Major Thoroughfare Mixed-Use shall provide a mix of commercial, office, <br />residential, andlar hotel The properties shall provide at least two of the listed uses <br />and are encouraged to include residential. The maximum non-residential FAR shall <br />be 1,5 and the maximum density for residential shall be 30 dwelling units per acre, <br />Hotel units maybe provided at a density of up to 80 units per acre.
