N®W °THEREF®RE, B IT NACTE® Y 1°HE CITY C®NIMISSI®N ®F THE CITY ®F CASSEL ERRY, FL®RI®~4, ~-S F®LL®WS: SECTION 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporated herein. SECTION 2. Authority. This Ordinance is adopted in compliance with, and pursuant to, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulations Act, Section 163.3184 and 163.3187, Florida Statutes. SECTION 3. That portion of the Future Land Use Plan Element referenced as the Future Land Use Map of Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances, as amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by deleting the design overlay district boundaries for the "Westside Small Area Study Overlay", "Community Redevelopment District", "Seminola Overlay District Phase I", and "Seminola Overlay District Phase II". A copy of the amendment to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. SECTION 4. That portion of the Future Land Use Element referenced to as FLU Policy 1.16, Seminole Boulevard Overlay District, including subareas 1 and 2, is hereby deleted in its entirety as provided in "Exhibit B", a copy of which is attached and by this reference incorporated and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. SECTION 5. That portion of the Future Land Use Element referenced to as FLU Policy 1.17, Central City District, is hereby deleted in its entirety as provided in "Exhibit B", a copy of which is attached and by this reference incorporated and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. SECTION 6. That portion of the Future Land Use Element referenced to as FLU Policy 1.20, Westside Overlay District, is hereby deleted in its entirety as provided in "Exhibit B", a copy Ordinance 10-1318 Overlay District Text and Map Amendments Page 3 of 5
