OR®INANCE 10-1317 <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I was annexed into the corporate <br />boundary of the City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency <br />has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider the rezoning amendments; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on the question of amending the current City of <br />Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications of the properties hereinafter described, has <br />been duly held by the City Commission in the City of Casselberry, Florida and at such hearing, <br />interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed amendments of the City of <br />Casselberry Official Zoning Map classifications were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the Official Zoning Map classifications of said properties shall be <br />established as set forth below as those classifications are defined in Articles IV and V of <br />Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and has further determined that said <br />zoning is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />
