provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application <br />hereof, to the maximum extent allowed by law. <br />SECTION 7. EFFECTIVE DATE. The effective date of this plan amendment shall be <br />the date a final order is issued by the Department of Community Affairs or Administration <br />Commission finding the amendment in compliance in accordance with Section 163.3184, Florida <br />Statutes, whichever occurs earlier. If a final order of non-compliance is issued by the <br />Administration Commission, this amendment may nevertheless be made effective by adoption of <br />a resolution affirming its effective status, a copy of which resolution shall be sent to the Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Planning, Plan Processing Team. <br />After and from the effective date of this amendment, the comprehensive plan amendments <br />stated in Section I of this Ordinance shall amend the 2009 Comprehensive Plan and become <br />part of the plan and the plan amendments shall retain the legal status of the 2009 City of <br />Casselberry's Comprehensive Plan, as amended and supplemented. <br />FIRST READING this 22~d day of February, 2010. <br />SECOND READING and ADOPTION this <br />ATTEST: <br />a. <br />t <br />Donna G.
