I ~4 10®1316 <br />WHEREAS, Section 163.3161 et seq., Florida Statutes, established the Local <br />Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, establishes a process for adoption of <br />comprehensive plans or plan amendments; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry has annexed thirty eight properties into the City <br />limits and the properties must now be provided with a similar City of Casselberry land use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's proposed future land use designation is similar to that currently <br />designated by Seminole County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Local Planning Agency of the City of Casselberry held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Plan map amendments after due public notice <br />on February 10, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry City Commission held a public hearing on these <br />Comprehensive Plan map amendments after due public notice on February 22, 2010, and <br />considered the advice and findings of the Local Planning Agency, and upon thorough and <br />
