RESOLUTION 10-2124 <br />~~A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND SUNTRUST BANK FOR VISA COMMERCIAL <br />CARD SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission approved an Agreement with SunTrust Bank for Visa <br />Commercial Card Services on December 14, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City may designate up to four Program Administrators responsible for the day- <br />to-day operation and adminish•ation of the Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Finance Director and the City Accounting Manager were designated as the <br />Program Administrators; and <br />WHEREAS, the Purchasing Division has since been transferred from the Finance Department to <br />the Administrative Services Department; and <br />WHEREAS, the City seeks to amend the Agreement by removing the Accounting Manager as <br />Program Administrator and adding the Administrative Services Director and the Purchasing Agent as <br />Program Administrators. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission hereby approves Amendment 1 (attached as Exhibit A) to the <br />Agreement with SunTrust Bank for Visa Commercial Card Services, and authorizes the Mayor to execute <br />said document on behalf of the City of Casselbei7y, Florida. <br />SECTION IL Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. Severabilitv. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to be <br />invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION IV. Effective Date.
