He also is the TreeKeeper product manager. He has over six years of real <br />world experience in database programming, TreeKeeper technical support, network client <br />support, and handheld device software development. Mr. Stratton has experience programming in <br />Visual Studio.net, Cold Fusion, VB6, VBA, C/C++, JavaScript, HTML, Clipper 5.2, FoxPro 2.6, <br />and developing applications in PenDragon Forms and AccessTM1` 97 and 2000. Mr. Stratton is also a <br />registered Palm OS developer. As a TreeKeeper 7 product manager, he is responsible for <br />assisting DAVEY's sales personnel, 'end user support, design specifications, and needs <br />assessment for potential clients. Mr. Stratton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer <br />science from Kent State University <br />Deborah E. Sheeler, M.A., is a Geographic Information Systems Analyst and cartographer with <br />14 years of experience applying GIS technology to environmental analysis. She currently <br />supervises GIS operations at Davey and has been with the company for over 12 years. Her work <br />involves data acquisition, spatial analysis and interpretation, database and project management, <br />and the creation and design of cartographic products through use of advanced GIS software. In <br />addition, Ms. Sheeler has experience and knowledge in the fields of natural hazards research, <br />aerial photography interpretation, remote sensing, and custom programming in Visual Basic and <br />various GIS software, as well as numerous years of experience in the utilization, maintenance, <br />and support ofpen-computer hat•dware and global positioning systems (GPS). She holds a <br />Bachelor of Science degree in geography from Central Missouri State University with a minor in <br />earth science and a Master of Arts degree in geography from Kent State University. <br />Kevin J. Surbella, M.A., GISP, is a Geographic Information Systems specialist at Davey with <br />five years of experience in GIS and GPS tools, catographic creation, database and project <br />management, custom programming, web design, and remote sensing methods for municipal, <br />natural resource, and utility projects. Past experience includes environmental, watershed, canopy, <br />and utility right-of--way spatial analysis. He holds a GISP certification through GISCI and is a <br />member of the Urban and Regional Systems Association (URISA), Ohio Chapter. Mr. Surbella <br />has a Bachelor of Science in conservation with a minor in geography from Kent State University <br />and a Master of Arts in geography, also from Kent State. <br />Davey <br />
