D. Resolution 10-2155 -Agreement with Sanders Company, Inc. for the Installation of a Smith ~i Loveless Wet-Well IVlount Lift Station Consideration of Resolution 10-2155 for the installation of a wet-well mount lift station from Sanders Company, Inc. in the amount of $22,764 to replace the Queens Mirror Can Station is requested. E. Budget Amendment #10-037 -Recognition of Donations Consideration of Budget Amendment #10-037 to recognize funds specifically donated to the Recreation Division in the amount of $14,483.91 is requested. F. Budget Amendment #10-038 -Recognition of Sponsorship Funds Consideration of Budget Amendment # 10-038 to recognize funds specifically raised through special events sponsorships in the amount of $3,705.31 is requested. Settlement Agreement and Release with IVladeline Conley Consideration to approve a Settlement Agreement and Release between the City of Casselberry and Madeline Conley in the amount of $50,000 is requested. I. Resolution 10-2149 -Fee Schedule for Special Events, Open Air Sales, Open Air Food Sales, and Seasonal Sales Consideration of Resolution 10-2149 approving a fee schedule for the permitting of special events, open air sales, open air food sales, and seasonal sales is requested. J. Resolution 10-2152 -Agreement with the Seminole County School Board for a School Resource Officer Consideration of Resolution 10-2152 approving an agreement with the Seminole County School Board to share the cost of providing a School Resource Officer at South Seminole Middle School is requested. 9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1329 -Voluntary Annexation of Sunshadow Area Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1329 to annex Sunshadow area parcels into the City of Casselberry is requested. B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1326 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment for Property Located near Cypress Way Continuation of Ordinance 10-1326 to July 26, 2010 to amend the future land use map for property located near Cypress Way (a portion of PIN 07-21-30-514-0000-0070), changing the designation from Medium Density Residential to Public Service is requested. C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1330 -Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) Amendment to Chapter 14, Amusements Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1330 to amend the City Code Chapter 14, Amusements, to approve changes to the permit fee schedule by resolution; to allow mobile vendors for open air sales, seasonal sales, and special events; and to eliminate mobile vendors as an accessory use to a permanent business is requested. D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1331 -Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) Amendment to Section 2-7.10, Fences and Walls. Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1331 to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) to allow the replacement ofnon-compliant fences and walls is requested.
