D. Resolution 10-2148 -Adoption of a Plan Update to the Local Mitigation Strategy for Seminole <br />County and its Municipalities <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2148 to adopt an updated Local Mitigation Strategy plan for Seminole County and its <br />municipalities is requested. <br />E. Resolution 10-2150 -Supporting the Interpretation of F.S. Chapter 849 by the Florida <br />Attorney General & Urging the Florida Legislature, State Attorneys and Statewide <br />Prosecutor to Take Action re the Legality of Internet Cafes <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2150 supporting the determination by the Florida Attorney General regarding an <br />interpretation of F. S. Chapter 849 and urging the Florida Legislature, State Attorneys and Statewide Prosecutor to take <br />action as it pertains to the legality of long distance or Internet cafe' sweepstake gaming activities is requested for submittal <br />to the Florida League of Cities (FLC) for further consideration by the FLC Policy and Legislative Committees at their <br />annual conference in August 2010. <br />9. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1316 -Future Land Use Map Amendments <br />for Properties Annexed Between November 2008 and November 2009 (LPA 09-02) <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1316 to amend the Future Land Use Map by including properties annexed <br />between November 2008 and November 2009 into the Future Land Use Map and by providing those properties with a <br />designation similar to their current Seminole County futm•e land use designation is requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1317 -Official Zoning Map Amendments <br />for Properties Annexed Between November 2008 and November 2009 (ZB 09-08) <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1317 to amend the Official Zoning Map by including annexed properties <br />into the map and providing those properties with a designation similar to their current Seminole County zoning <br />designation is requested. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1318 -Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />to Eliminate Overlay Districts (LPA 09-09) <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance ] 0-1318 to amend the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) and the Future Land Use <br />Element (FLUE) by eliminating design overlay districts from the Comprehensive Plan is requested. <br />D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1319 -Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />to Include Strategies for House Bill 697 (LPA 09-10) <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1319 to amend various elements within the Comprehensive Plan to meet <br />requirements of HB 697 by providing strategies to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, providing "Complete Streets", using <br />"Green Infrastructure" during development, and conserving energy is requested. <br />E. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1320 -Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />to Create a Citywide Transportation Concurrency Exception Area (LPA 09-11) <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1320 to amend elements, including the future land use map, within the <br />Comprehensive Plan, to eliminate traffic circulation concunency, and to apply the adopted transit strategies for the US <br />17-92 Transportation Concurrency Exception Area (TCEA) across the entire City is requested. <br />F. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1321 - North Winter Parlc Drive Future <br />Land Use Map Amendments <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1321 providing amendments to the Future Land Use Map and Future Land <br />Use Element text to address the starategies provided in the North Winter Park Drive Study conducted by Kimley Horn and <br />Associates is requested. <br />G. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1322 -North Winter Park Drive Official <br />Zoning Map Amendments <br />Consideration and adoption of Ordinance 10-1322 providing amendments to the Official Zoning Map for the future land <br />use designation applied to the properties in the North Winter Park Drive Study conducted by Kimley Horn and Associates <br />is requested. <br />
