C. Resolution 10-2146 -Amendment 2 to the City of Casselberry's Water Supply Facilities Worlc Plan Consideration of Resolution 10-2146 approving Amendment 2 to the City of Casselberry's Water Supply Facilities Work Plan is requested. D. Distribution of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Funds Consideration to approve the distribution of County-wide Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) funds in the amount of $230,104 is requested. E. Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Application Consideration to apply for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $14,513.00 to upgrade the security systems in the Police Department is requested. 9. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1326 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment Near Cypress Way (LPA 09-12) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1326 approving a Comprehensive Plan small scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment for property, a portion of Parcel ID# 07-21-30-514-0000-0070 located near Cypress Way, changing the classification from Medium Density Residential to Public Service, is requested. B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 10-1327 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment, Seminola Boulevard and N. Triplet Lake Drive (LPA 09-13) Consideration of Ordinance 10-1327 approving a Comprehensive Plan small scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment for properties located on Seminola Boulevard (Parcel ID #09-21-30-507-OC00-0230) and N. Triplet Lake Drive (Parcel ID #09-21-30-507-0000-0140), changing the Classification from Low and Medium Density Residential to Commercial, is requested. C. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1331 -ULDR Amendment to Section 2-7.10, Fences and Wall, Related to Fence Maintenance in Residential Districts Consideration of Ordinance 10-1331 to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) to allow the replacement ofnon-compliant fences and walls is requested. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1332 -ULDR Amendment for Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use Exception Consideration of Ordinance 10-1332 approving amendments to the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) to provide an exception to the non-conforming status due to fire or storm for properties designated as Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use is requested. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 10-1328 - "Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act" Consideration of Ordinance ] 0-1328 to amend the City Code, Chapter 82, Traffic and Vehicles, Article VIII, "Automated Red Light Enforcement" so as to conform with and implement Chapter 2010-80 Laws of Florida (2010), (The "Mark Wandall Traffic Safety Act"), is requested. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 10-1329 -Voluntary Annexation of Sunshadow Area Consideration of Ordinance 10-1329 approving the annexation of the Sunshadow area parcels into the City of Casselberry is requested. C. First Reading of Ordinance 10-1330 -City Code Amendment to Chapter 14, Amusements, Related to Mobile Vendors Consideration of Ordinance 10-1330 amending the City Code to allow changes to the permit fee schedule by resolution; to allow mobile vendors for open air sales, seasonal sales, and special events; and to eliminate mobile vendors as an accessory use to a permanent business is requested. 11.
