Exhibit'A' <br />CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />Page 1 of 20 <br />STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this, ~ day of ~ by <br />and between the CITY OF CASSELBERRY ("City"), a Florida municipal ction, <br />whose address is 95 Lake Triplet Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707, and CAMP <br />DRESSER & MCKEE, INC. ("Consultant"), a Massachusetts corporation, of 2301 <br />Maitland Center Parkway, Suite 300, Maitland, Florida 32751, authorized to conduct <br />business in the State of Florida, agree as follows: <br />1. SERVICES AND PERFORMANCE: <br />A. The City does hereby retain the Consultant to furnish certain services in <br />connection with Continuing Professional Stormwater, Lakes <br />Management, and Water Quality Engineering Services, expected tasks <br />may include, but are not limited to, design of baffle box systems, flocculant <br />addition systems, rehabilitation of conveyance systems (including sliplining), <br />permanent and temporary erosion control systems, and other conventional <br />and innovative stormwater quantity and quality treatment systems. Tasks <br />may also include, but not be limited to, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of <br />basins and subbasins; stormwater inventory evaluation and updates, <br />including GPS/GIS assistance; mitigation planning and design; water quality <br />sampling and monitoring; nutrient and hydrologic budget analysis for lake <br />systems; lake environmental and biological assessments, such as LVI; <br />roadway drainage design; swale/reverse berm design with lakeshore <br />revegetation; aquatic plant management recommendations; lake aeration <br />system evaluation and/or design; underdrain and/or exfiltration system <br />design; pervious pavement system design; storm event/flow sampling <br />and/or results analysis; maintenance and operation assessment; peer <br />review for QA/QC of City project designs; assistance with meeting <br />floodplain regulations; permitting and compliance reporting with SJRWMD, <br />FDEP, FWC, and other agencies; assistance with meeting TMDL (BMAP) <br />and NPDES regulations and goals; assistance with FDEP TMDL, SJRWMD <br />Cost Share, Section 319, and other grant applications as needed; post <br />design services; and other tasks as necessary for the City to accomplish the <br />goals and projects established in the City's Stormwater, Lakes <br />Management, and Water Quality Master Plan, (the "Project Services"). <br />B. The Consultant and the City mutually agree to furnish, each to the other, <br />the respective services, information and items as described herein and in <br />authorized Supplemental Agreements. <br />C. Before performing any work under this Agreement, the parties shall enter <br />into a Supplemental Agreement covering specific Scopes of Services and <br />
