CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a special meeting and attorney-client session on <br />Monday, March 22, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The special meeting was held in the Casselberry City Commission <br />Chambers and the attorney-client session was held in the City Manager's Conference Room, 95 Triplet <br />Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor/Commissioner -Seat No. 5 <br />Sandra Solomon, Vice Mayor/Commissioner -Seat No. 3 <br />Colleen Hufford, Commissioner -Seat No. 4 <br />Jon Miller, Commissioner -Seat No. 2 <br />Susan Doerner, Commissioner -Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Barbara Lipscomb, City Manager <br />Catherine D. Reisclunann, City Attorney <br />Gregg A. Johnson, Assistant City Attorney <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk (attended the special meeting only) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 6:09 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />Ms. Catherine D. Reischmann, City Attorney, requested that the City Commission conduct an attorney- <br />client session, pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, for the purpose of discussing City of <br />Casselberry v. Garden World, Case No. 09-CA-4595-16-W and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Middle <br />District of Florida, Chapter 11 Case No. 8:09-bk-20492-CED; Adversary Proceedings filed by FTrans, <br />Case No. 8:09-ap-00690-CED; and Adversary Proceeding filed by Garden World, Case No. 8:10-ap- <br />00045-CED. The subject matter of attorney-client session shall be confined to settlement negotiations or <br />strategy sessions related to litigation expenditures. <br />
