C. Resolution 10-2123 -Fiscal Year 2010 Second Quarter Budget Amendment <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2123 providing for formal adoption of budget amendments approved during the second <br />quarter of Fiscal Year 2010 is requested. <br />E. Resolution 10-2124 -Amendment 1 to the Agreement with SunTrust Banlc for Visa <br />Commercial Card Services <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2124 authorizing Amendment 1 to the Agreement with SunTrust Bank for Visa <br />Commercial Card Services is requested. <br />F. FY2010/2011 Budget Calendar <br />Consideration to approve the Budget Calendar for preparing and adopting the FY2010/2011 Budget is requested. <br />G. Excuse Absence of Commissioner Jon Miller <br />Commissioner Miller will be traveling out of town for the entire week of April 12th and has requested his Excuse of <br />Absence be placed on the Consent Agenda for consideration. <br />H. Seminole County Expressway Authority Board -Municipal Endorsement <br />Consideration to endorse the re-appointment of Gary L. Brender, Lake Mary City Commissioner, as a member on the <br />Seminole County Expressway Authority Board for another two-year term is requested. <br />9. First Reading of Ordinance 10-1326 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment Near <br />Cypress Way (LPA 09-12) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 10-1326 approving a Comprehensive Plan small scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) <br />amendment for property, a portion of Parcel ID# 07-21-30-514-0000-00701ocated near Cypress Way, changing the <br />classification from Medium Density Residential to Public Service is requested. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 10-1327 -Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment, <br />Seminola Boulevard and N. Triplet Lake Drive (LPA 09-13) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 10-1327 approving a Comprehensive Plan small scale Future Land Use Map (FLUM) <br />amendment for properties located on Seminola Boulevard (Parcel ID #09-21-30-507-OC00-0230) and N.
