CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JANUARY 14, 2010, page 7 Paul L. McKernan made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #CE-09-3727 in violation of City Code, Sections 70-71 & 70-85 (of t-te Solicl Waste Collection Franchise Agreement), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 01121./2010. Another -tearing will be held befoa•e this Board on 02/11/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of ~SOAO per day per violation will be imposed far each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. Hale made a motion to find Respoude~its in CEB Case #CE-09-01888 in violation of City Code, Section 103.2 SHC, and that Respondents correct the violatio~t before 1;00 p.m. 03/11/2010. Another hearing ~vill be held before this Board on 03f11/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is Yio compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amoi~~it of ~50A0 per day will be imposed for each and every Clay the violation continnes past the aforestated date.
