<br />violation of City Code, Sections 3-10,3 {A), 3-10.9 A (4)(b), and 3-10.3, and that Respondents correct the
<br />violation before 1:00 p.m. 1212812009. A-tothe~• hearing will be held before this Board on 01/14/2010 to
<br />determine complia~ice by the aforestated elate, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated elate, a fine in
<br />the amount of X25.00 per day pe~• violation will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues
