Richard L. <br />Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeti~~g to order at 7:00 prn. Robert C. Fli~~t, Mera~6er led tl~e Pledge of <br />Allegiance. Flint made a motion to approve the minutes from the November O5, 2009 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting. <br />David Henson seconded the rrlotion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney, swore in those who would testify. <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised that all events occurred within the incorporated City limits of <br />the City of Casselber•r•y. The Officers testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation <br />were all offered as part of the official record. <br />
